Out of all of the liquid echinacea I have tried this is the best! It tastes sooooo good. My kids love taking it, it makes me think of honey a little bit. Just make sure you get the glycerin based and not the alcohol based. (the alcohol based tastes bad!) I use this along with oregano oil when I feel a cold coming on. This is also soothing to a sore throat as it's slightly numbing. I always drop it to the back of my throat. We go through so much of this in cold/flu season that I wish I could buy it by the gallon! (or quart at least!)
