Price Match Guarantee
We want every customer to feel that they receive the best deal possible shopping at Lifebalm.com. Shop for all your items here knowing that even if you find them elsewhere at a lower price, Life Balm will match up to 50% off the original retail price of the item. If you find your exact item at a lower price online, email, fax or call us within 3 days of purchase to receive the difference.
How It Works: To be eligible for the price match, the item you find at the lower price must be the exact same product: brand, qty, sku as purchased on Lifebalm.com. The claim must be submitted to via email, or phone within 3 days of purchase. The difference will be refunded on your current order.
***Shipping/delivery charges will not be included in the price comparison. If your order qualified for Free Shipping but after Price Matching no longer qualifies then the cheapest shipping price will be deducted from the Price Match total.
This Guarantee does not apply to: free items, out of stock items, club or membership pricing, point programs, pricing errors, used items & websites that are not able to complete a purchase. -
Shipping & Delivery
LifeBalm uses UPS & USPS & ships Monday through Friday. All Orders placed by 3:00pm Mountain Standard Time, Sat, Sun or a Holiday will be processed & shipped the next business day, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified.
Orders in the United States $25 & over will receive Free Shipping. On Free Shipping orders LifeBalm will use the least expensive of the USPS with confirmation or UPS Ground methods for that particular order.
International Orders $300 & over will receive Free Shipping as long as item(s) will fit in one large box. Customs requires that if multiple boxes are shipped that the invoice matches items in the box. Lifebalm then has to separate the order & is charged per box. If an order requires more than one box LifeBalm will ship the most expensive box for free and will charge the other box(es) for actual shipping cost(s).You will be sent an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been received, processed & shipped. This e-mail will include the UPS or USPS tracking number.

Returns & Replacements
We gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- ALL SALES FINAL after 30 days of delivery.
- RETURNS FOR REFUND will ONLY be accepted for items that have not been opened. We do not accept returns on books / literature. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are posted within 72 hours.
- RESTOCKING FEE items approved for return will have a 20% restocking fee.
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS - The cost of a prepaid return shipping label as well as the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the item(s) on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return & only the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please pack and secure your item(s) securely and include all parts. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package. LifeBalm is not responsible for items lost in transit. Merchandise should NOT be sent to the return address on the actual shipping label. All return items should only be sent to the following address:

International Fees
When placing an order outside of the United States of America, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. International orders may be liable for import taxes, customs duties, & fees. The recipient is accountable for any additional charges related to customs clearance. It's important to note that Life Balm has no control over these charges, and their specific nature cannot be predicted. Life Balm does not charge for or pay these taxes, as they are specific to each country.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is rejected due to unanticipated customs policies or import fees, the original shipping cost, as well as any return shipping charges, will not be refunded. Customs policies vary among countries, and for detailed information, it is recommended to contact the local customs office. Please be advised that when customs clearance procedures are required, there may be delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.
To expedite the customs process and prevent delays, we strongly recommend:
- Providing a reachable phone number for customs to contact you upon the arrival of your product. This phone number will be included on the invoice for customs clearance purposes.
- Not refusing a shipment or disregarding requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Most carriers will retain a shipment for 5 days after arriving in your country before returning it to the sender.
Refunds for refused deliveries at customs do not include original shipping charges. -
Viewing Orders
Check the status of any of your orders by visiting the My Account page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.
When you click on My Account, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An My Orders summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. -
Updating Account Information
Update any of your personal information by visiting the My Account page, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An Account Information or Address Book link will provide you with the options to update Password, Name or any address information that needs updating.
