of some name changes of Dr. Christopher's Original
Formulas. We copied it here with permission to
help out. The only changes we are we separated
the current name changes from the Nature's Way
changes years ago. Below is the statement from
the Christophers.
"There is still some confusion with some
of the Dr. Christopher product name changes over
the past few years. The names of the Dr Christopher
Original Formulas were changed in 2000 to help
our new and current customers easily identify
the particular uses of each product.
For your convenience
we have listed below both the old and new names.
(Many of the old names are still available in
bulk powders or cuts).
Also since Dr Christopher's
formulas were produced and marketed by Natures
Way from 1978 to 1998 we have also listed those
names in Italic for your information.

We, at Life Balm are sad to hear that Cynthia Troutman has recently passed away. Her passion in Life was to help mankind (including many of you) find natural healing methods. She spent countless hours and days helping others and working on this website. We would be nowhere near where we are at today without Cynthia. In the late 1940’s, Dr. Christopher began treating his patients by first cleansing the lower bowel with a lot of distilled water, pure juices and then by nourishing the bowel with his famous Lower bowel formula. The results were phenomenal! His patients had claimed that this simple approach had cured the problems they had been complaining about plus cleared up other problems like an earache. Dr. John Christopher believed that juice cleansing was also very beneficial especially when followed up with his Mucusless diet. He would prescribe a nourishing diet of fresh fruits and vegetables with no mucus forming foods such as dairy products. He also taught that there were no incurable diseases, only incurable people!
